3. We send you a retainer agreement to review, sign, and return.


4. You provide your payment information.


5. You complete a questionnaire and send us some documents to facilitate the visa process.


6. We prepare your visa application and send it to you.


7. You review, sign and return the original application to us.


8. We submit the completed documents to the appropriate U.S. agencies.


9. You retrieve your approved visa petition.

Once you have signed and submitted our retainer agreement and paid the requisite initial attorney’s fee, we will send you a copy of the fully-executed retainer agreement.
